How pricing works for Swag Pro

How do these pricing plans work?
You pay a flat monthly price to use Printfection's swag management platform. Backed by a network of product vendors, printers, and fulfillment centers, we're an end-to-end swag management solution. Discounted rates are available for annual subscription plans.

What other costs are involved?

Your only additional costs are:

• Product Price — The cost of the actual printed products purchased
• Fulfillment Charge — Small charges for handling and packing each order
• Shipping Cost — A calculated cost for each shipment you send

What payment methods are available?
There are two payment methods that can be used.
Account Balance: Your account can be pre-funded via invoice. Charges are then pulled from your balance.
Credit Card: Printfection supports multiple credit cards per account. Your monthly subscription will be charged to your primary card.
If you choose not to use your Account Balance, your card will be used for product, fulfillment, and shipping charges.

Are the pricing plans annual?
Our pricing plans are flexible, month-to-month commitments. We do offer annual discounts if you sign up for one year.

Do we have to source swag through Printfection?
No, we have a feature that allows you to source swag from other vendors and ship in your existing inventory when you come onboard. Enterprise customers are able to send items throughout your subscription.

Are pricing plans required to partner with Printfection?
Yes, since everything is managed through our platform, a plan is required to utilize our technology, warehousing services and receive support from our customer team.
