Does Swag Pro support single sign-on?

Yes, coming soon in early 2027. With SSO, each team member logs in to Swag Pro with their company credentials through your identity provider, so there's no separate Swag Pro password to manage.

Can we still set budgets and approvals per user?

Yes. Permissions, per-user budgets and order approvals are managed in Swag Pro and apply however users sign in.

Is SSO available on every plan?

SSO is available on Standard and Enterprise plans. It's included with an annual contract, and month-to-month customers can add it for an additional monthly fee.

Who sets it up?

Any Swag Pro account admin on your team can initiate SSO setup from the Company Information settings page, then work with your IT admin to finish connecting your identity provider.
