How do we manage uniforms across many locations?

Open a procurement portal: a Swag Pro store limited to approved uniform items, where each location's manager requests sizes and quantities and an admin approves. We ship from stored inventory.

How do new employees get their uniform?

Add the uniform to the new hire kit or send a Giveaway link; the employee picks a size and enters an address, and the shirt ships before day one.

Can we embroider and screen print the same logo?

Yes. Decoration is chosen per product. Embroidery suits polos and outerwear; screen printing suits tees and workwear. Mockups and samples come first.

Do we have to reorder every time a size runs out?

Set low-inventory alerts per item and reorder in a few clicks. Inventory is stored in our warehouse at no extra charge.
